This policy explains how VPNZZ handles data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Using the website, user panel, or international routes means you have read this policy. VPNZZ processes only the data needed for account management, order delivery, network operations, security, and service improvement, and does not sell user data to advertisers.
Data Collection and Use
No email address is required for registration. Users can create an account with a username and password, so the registration process does not collect an email address. Account data supports login verification, plan identification, traffic accounting, synchronization across devices, and service-status recovery. Passwords are authentication credentials and are not displayed as public information.
Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment method, payment status, refund status, and transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm subscriptions, handle order disputes, and complete financial reconciliation. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. VPNZZ does not require users to submit payment credentials on public pages.
Website analytics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser and operating system type, language settings, page errors, and basic network information. This data helps identify page failures, assess usability, and prevent abnormal requests. Results are primarily aggregated for analysis and are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.
No Logs and Connection Data
VPNZZ follows a no-browsing-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, submitted queries, transmitted text, downloaded content, or communications. This service does not create browsing history that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
To calculate plan traffic usage and keep routes running, the system processes aggregated traffic usage linked to an account and necessary operational status. This information is used to determine whether a plan is active, deduct traffic, and troubleshoot connection failures. It does not include destinations or page content. Temporary fault information is used only while resolving operational issues, then deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting and not retained as a long-term browsing profile.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security-session information. This keeps the correct language after navigation and avoids repeated verification during normal use. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status, the user panel, or preference settings from working correctly.
Identifiers required for analytics are handled separately from account authentication data. VPNZZ does not expose subscription addresses through local storage or write authentication credentials into marketing pages. Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings; after clearing them, users will generally need to log in again and reselect their preferences.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
Payments are handled by the applicable third-party payment provider. After a payment method is selected, that provider may process payment account information, transaction risk-control information, and payment results under its own rules. VPNZZ generally receives only the results needed to deliver the order, such as completion status, transaction identifiers, amount, and payment channel, and does not directly control the third party's privacy practices.
Before using a third-party payment service, users should read the privacy rules provided by that service. If an order involves a refund, dispute, or status verification, VPNZZ and the payment provider may exchange the order information necessary to complete that matter. This processing is limited to the relevant transaction.
Retention, Deletion, and Security
Account details are retained while the account remains active. Order, refund, and transaction-status data are kept for as long as needed to fulfill subscriptions, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial record requirements. Website analytics are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after summary analysis is complete. Actual retention periods vary by purpose and are not extended indefinitely for marketing.
Users can log in to the user panel and request deletion of their account and eligible associated data through a ticket. VPNZZ will first verify control of the account before processing the request. Order records involved in financial reconciliation, refund processing, or a dispute may need to be retained until the relevant matter ends. After deletion is completed, those records are no longer used for routine account services.
VPNZZ uses access controls, permission separation, and transmission protection to reduce the risks of misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. Users should also protect their username and password and submit a ticket through the user panel if they notice unusual account activity.
Policy Updates and User Choices
This policy will be updated when data practices, website features, or applicable rules change, with the latest update date shown at the top of the page. Significant changes to data use will be clearly announced through the website or user panel. The updated policy applies to subsequent use from the time it is published and will not retroactively change data processing that has already been completed.
Users may stop using subscription services, clear local browser data, or submit requests for data access, correction, and deletion through the user panel. If you have questions about a data practice, use the user panel ticket system to describe the relevant account and order details; do not submit passwords, subscription information, or complete payment credentials on public pages.
