ACCOUNT

Account & subscriptions

Account setup, subscription retrieval, client updates and multi-device use.

What do I need to prepare to create a VPNZZ account?
No email address is required. Set a username and password to get started. Use the username to sign in to the user panel and store the password separately. After setup, you can view plans, orders, client access points and subscription details in the panel.
Where can I find my subscription link?
Sign in to the user panel and open the client or subscription section to retrieve the subscription details linked to your account. Public pages do not display the actual subscription address or provide direct links to static installation packages. Import the subscription only into a client you use yourself.
How do I update a subscription in my client?
Find the current subscription in your client, then use its update, refresh or re-fetch function. Button names vary by platform. If routes still do not appear, copy the subscription details from the user panel again, delete the old entry in the client and import it once more.
Do I need to buy again after changing devices?
You do not need to buy again when changing devices. VPNZZ supports unlimited devices, so you can use the active subscription under the same account on your own Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices. Keep your account and subscription details secure when devices are shared.
Can I forward my subscription details to someone else?
Subscription details function as your account’s connection credentials, so do not publish or forward them in group chats, forums or public documents. If you suspect that a subscription has been exposed, stop sharing it and submit a ticket through the user panel with the details so the next steps can be reviewed.

CONNECTION

Connections & issues

Assess the situation step by step, from account status and local network conditions to how the client takes control of traffic.

The client says the connection failed. What should I check first?
First confirm that your plan or data package is still active, then update the subscription and switch to another route. Check whether your local network can open regular websites and whether the system clock is accurate. If every route fails, restart the client and network connection, then test again.
Why is a particular app not using the accelerated route?
Some apps do not read the system proxy, or the client’s routing rules may classify them as direct local connections. Check whether the client is using system proxy mode or a more comprehensive connection mode, then review where the app or target domain is routed. Fully quit and reopen the app after making changes.
What should I do if the target website still will not open after connecting?
Switch to a route near the region where the target service is available, then clear the browser cache and old sessions related to that website. If the browser works but the app does not, the issue is more likely the app’s proxy handling or routing rules than the account itself.
Why does the connection keep dropping?
Common causes include local network changes, device sleep, background restrictions, and another network tool taking control of the connection at the same time. Close other similar network tools, keep the current connection stable and check whether the system restricts the client from running in the background. Then update the subscription and retest with another route.
How can I resolve conflicts between the system proxy and other network tools?
Try to let only one client control the system proxy or network connection at a time. First exit the network-control functions of other proxies, packet capture tools, filters or security software, then restart the current client. If the connection works normally afterward, re-enable them one by one to identify the conflicting setting.

ROUTES

Speed & routes

Choose routes according to your network environment, target region and actual use case.

How should I troubleshoot slower speeds during peak hours?
First determine whether the congestion is on your local network or the cross-border route. Test the regular network without connecting to the service, then connect and switch among different regions and route types. Do not repeatedly test only one route. Downloads, cloud sync and system updates may also use bandwidth, so pause them before comparing speeds.
Should I choose a route by region or by name?
For everyday browsing and work, prioritize a geographically closer route with a stable current connection. For services whose content varies by region, choose a route matching the target region. Route names only distinguish access points; the actual experience is also affected by your local network and the target service’s status.
Which regions does VPNZZ cover?
VPNZZ provides 110+ countries and 170+ routes. Check the routes page by region to see the available range, then update the subscription in your client to retrieve the routes currently available to your account. After route changes, use the list shown after refreshing the client as the reference.
What should I do when a streaming service reports a region mismatch?
Confirm that the selected route region matches the target library, then sign out of the streaming account and clear the service’s cache and old sessions. Browser extensions, location permissions and saved region data can also affect detection. If the mismatch remains, try another route in the same region and sign in again.
How should I choose a route when an AI tool connection is unstable?
Prioritize a route that consistently supports sign-in, conversations and file transfers rather than judging only by initial page-load speed. If a conversation is interrupted, try a nearby region and avoid frequent automatic exit-node switching in the client. Some tools retain old sessions, so reopen the page after switching routes for a clearer test.

BILLING

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions, data packages, plan upgrades, payments and refund requests.

What monthly subscription tiers are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your actual use for browsing, video and file transfers instead of comparing price alone.
What data packages are available, and do they expire?
Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or for anyone who does not want monthly data resets.
When does monthly subscription data reset?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than clearing on the first day of the calendar month. You can view the current subscription status and data usage in the user panel. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, so the monthly reset rule does not apply to them.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?
When a monthly subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Before submitting the change, check the current plan, target plan and displayed result in the user panel. Confirm the details before continuing, and do not treat a monthly upgrade as the same billing method as buying a data package.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNZZ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. When placing an order, pay through the entry shown on the user panel’s checkout page. Do not pay through addresses shared in public articles, chat screenshots or by others. After payment, return to the order section to check the status.
How do I request a refund?
VPNZZ offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket section, describe the relevant order and refund request, and submit it. Keep the order records during processing and do not create duplicate requests, which can scatter the information.
