These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNZZ. Creating an account, purchasing a plan, importing a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop the relevant activity before purchasing or continuing to use the service.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNZZ provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection quality for cross-border access, international websites, and online tools. Available routes may change based on network maintenance, regional connection conditions, and service resources.
The service provides connectivity and subscription configuration, but is not responsible for any third-party website, application, content, or transaction. Access regions, account rules, content licenses, and operating status of third-party services are determined by those services themselves. VPNZZ cannot guarantee their continued availability.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Access Credentials
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. You must protect your account password, subscription links, and import credentials, and are responsible for activity performed under your account. Subscriptions have no device limit, but are for normal use by the account holder only. They may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared in bulk with unspecified third parties.
Subscription links are account access credentials. Do not place them on public webpages, public code repositories, group files, or other locations that can be widely accessed. If credentials may have been exposed, update the relevant configuration through the user panel. You are responsible for traffic use and access issues caused by voluntarily publishing, transferring, or improperly storing credentials.
Fees, Traffic, and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported.
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of your first payment. Submit the request through the user panel using the account and order associated with the refund. Once the refund is completed, the related subscription, traffic, or service benefits may be discontinued. An order for which a refund has been initiated may not continue to be used for connections or transferred to another person.
Acceptable Use and Account Actions
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, disruption of networks or systems, or unauthorized access to another person’s account, device, or data. You must also not use automation to consume route resources excessively or affect other users’ normal connections.
If an account is involved in unlawful use, malicious resource consumption, attacks on network systems, subscription resale, public credential sharing, or avoidance of normal billing procedures, VPNZZ may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To verify abnormal use, the service may ask you to confirm account ownership or relevant order information within the user panel.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Cross-border connections can be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device systems, third-party platform policies, and regional network conditions. VPNZZ maintains routes and adjusts resources, but does not promise that every route, region, or third-party service will perform consistently at all times. Maintenance, route changes, or uncontrollable network events may cause brief interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by device configuration, third-party service changes, local network failures, exposed user credentials, or violations of these terms are the responsibility of the relevant party. VPNZZ is not responsible for third-party content, account status, data retention, or commercial transactions outside the direct scope of this service.
Changes and Effectiveness
VPNZZ may update these terms because of service changes, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be posted on this page or in the user panel, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. You should review changes before continuing to use the service; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Any dedicated explanations of plans, traffic, refunds, and usage rules on this site should be read together with these terms. If wording differs, the order information confirmed at purchase and the terms effective at that time will prevail.
