Step 1
Create a VPNZZ account
First, open the Start Free page in the user panel. Set a username and password; no email address is required. Submit the form to create your account and enter the panel. If your browser already has an active login session, the link may open the account overview directly. That is normal, so there is no need to create another account.
After entering the panel, check the account identifier at the top of the page or in the sidebar to confirm that you are signed in to the account you just created. This matters because plans, orders, and subscriptions are tied to the current account. If another account was previously used on a shared device, sign out first, then sign in with your own username and password.
You do not need to look for an installer yet, and you should not copy subscription content from search results or chat records when its source is unclear. The next step is to choose a billing method. Once that is complete, the user panel will show your current plan, available data, and subscription entry points in one place.
Step 2
Choose a plan for your usage
Open the Plans section in the user panel to see two billing options: monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. This option suits steady usage and users who want a fixed allowance each billing cycle.
Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit irregular usage, such as months with heavier activity followed by lighter ones. Do not compare only the total allowance; first decide whether you need a fixed monthly quota or want unused data to remain available.
After choosing a plan, pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT in the panel. Return to the account overview after payment and check that the plan name and data details have updated. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through, the difference is converted into remaining days. Review the result shown in the panel before confirming.
All plans support unlimited devices and include a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can use a plan across multiple devices, but subscription content remains tied to your account and should only be added to clients you manage. See the Plans page for the complete price and data comparison; this guide does not cover edge cases in the billing rules.
Step 3
Get your subscription link in the panel
Once your plan status updates, return to the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details section, where the panel provides an import option for your client. Some clients can be opened directly with a button; others require you to copy the subscription first and paste it into the app. Both methods produce the same result: the client retrieves the route configuration and creates a selectable local route list.
A subscription link is an account credential for connecting and should not be posted in public threads, screenshots, or shared documents. VPNZZ does not display real subscription addresses on static tutorial pages; all valid content is available only in the logged-in user panel. The address below is only an example of the link format and cannot connect to any service:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
When copying, select everything from the beginning of the address to the end. Do not omit parameters or add spaces or line breaks. If the client says the format is unrecognized, return to the panel and copy it again instead of editing the link manually. Keep the panel accessible; the next step is to open the appropriate client for your device and import the subscription.
Step 4
Complete the client import on each platform
Get clients and subscription access through the user panel. Sign in, open the Downloads section, choose your device platform, and use the entry provided on the page. After installation, return to the subscription details section and import the subscription. Do not look for static installer links in this guide; public pages do not provide direct installer downloads.
Windows
In the Downloads section of the user panel, select Windows and get the client provided by VPNZZ. Install and open it, then look for “Subscription” or “Configuration” and choose import from a link. Paste the subscription copied from the account overview, save it, and run an update. When the update finishes, the main interface should show routes organized by location or purpose.
If the list is still empty after pasting, check that both ends of the link are complete, then confirm that the client is allowed to connect to the network. Do not create several identical subscriptions, as it becomes easy to choose the wrong one during updates. Keep one clearly sourced VPNZZ subscription.
macOS
Select the macOS client in the user panel and install it. The system may ask you to confirm app permissions the first time you open it; follow the prompts and enter the client. In subscription management, choose Add remote subscription or Import from link, then paste and save the subscription from the panel.
After importing, refresh the configuration once and return to the route selection page. When connecting on macOS, the system may show a confirmation window to add a network configuration. Verify that the request comes from the client you just installed, then allow it. The client can establish a connection and show its status in the menu bar only after system confirmation.
Android
On an Android device, sign in to the user panel and open Downloads to get the appropriate client. After installation, open the app and choose Add via link on the Configuration or Subscription page. Paste the subscription, confirm the update, and return to the client home page once the route names appear.
The first time you connect, Android displays a system authorization window for establishing a VPN connection. Confirm that the app name matches the client you just installed, then allow the connection. If the system's battery-saving policy pauses the client in the background, switching apps may interrupt the connection. These settings vary by device; follow the device prompts, and check the connection section in the Help Center if the issue continues.
iOS
On an iPhone or iPad, open the Downloads section of the user panel and get an available client as instructed. In the client, look for Add subscription, Import from URL, or Import by scan. If you use a link, paste the complete subscription copied from the account overview, save it, and refresh the route list manually.
The first time you connect, iOS asks for permission to add a VPN configuration. Confirm it, use your device verification method to approve the request, and return to the client to check the connection status. If a route is temporarily unavailable after switching networks, disconnect and reconnect. Avoid repeatedly deleting the system configuration, as reimporting does not resolve every network-switching issue.
Step 5
Connect to a route and verify it works
After the subscription finishes updating, choose a nearby route with a clear name from the route list. For your first connection, avoid changing several options at once and keep the client's default connection mode. Turn on the connection switch, wait until the client shows “Connected,” then open the webpage or app you need to access.
During verification, assess the client status and the target service separately. A connected status means the local configuration is active; a webpage that opens normally indicates that the current route suits this access scenario. If only one service is unavailable, do not delete the subscription immediately. Disconnect, switch to another route in the same region, and test again.
You can also open a familiar search page to check whether loading remains consistent, then return to the client and confirm that the connection has not dropped. When switching from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, the system may briefly rebuild the connection; wait for the status to recover before testing. Once these checks are complete, the basic setup is finished. Usually, you only need to open the client, choose a route, and connect.
VPNZZ provides 110+ countries and 170+ routes. For everyday use, a nearby location is usually suitable for regular browsing; when you need a specific region, choose the corresponding location. The trade-offs between route types, cross-border links, and different use cases are covered in the buyer's guide.
After setup
Leave common questions to the relevant page
If the import is complete but the subscription will not update, system permissions have not taken effect, or an old connection remains after switching routes, note the platform, the client message, and the step where the issue occurred. Then search the Help Center by category. This is more effective for troubleshooting than repeatedly uninstalling and reimporting.
For the differences between IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct connections, or to compare the long-term cost of monthly subscriptions and data packages, read the buyer's guide. This page focuses on completing the connection flow and does not cover protocol theory, complex network environments, or long-term plan decisions.
